¿Está UD planeando pasar sus vacaciones en Cuba? ¿Necesita una habitación confortable, segura y con un precio razonable? Pues ya encontró el lugar ideal.
Mi nombre es Aleida y rento dos habitaciones en mi Casa Particular Cuba desde 1997. Mis clientes han dejado testimonios de su estancia en nuestra casa, los cuales UD puede ver en las fotos de la Galería. Con nuestra familia (3 personas) encontrará la hospitalidad del pueblo cubano y recibirá un servicio esmerado, siempre conservando su privacidad, comodidad y seguridad. Mi casa particular es apropiada para familias y amigos que deseen compartir juntos su estancia en Cuba, así como también para personas individuales que deseen pasar un tiempo agradable en la Habana. Disponemos de dos habitaciones, ventiladas, claras, confortables y muy seguras, con aire acondicionado, servicio de minibar, TV, ventilador, equipo de música, teléfono, caja de seguridad, baño intercalado con agua fría y caliente, balcón con vista al exterior donde se puede disfrutar de la puesta del sol. Ventajas de la ubicación: Nuestro apartamento se encuentra a poca distancia de la calle 23, del Malecón, del río Almendares y del Bosque de la Habana, muy cerca del hotel El Bosque, con su piscina y acceso a Internet y a unos 5 Km. de la Habana Vieja. Es fácil trasladarse a otros lugares de la ciudad en Bus o taxi. Atractivos Turísticos cercanos: A unas pocas cuadras se encuentra el céntrico 23 y 12 con sus cafeterías, restaurantes, bancos, cines, el famoso Cementerio de Colón y el parque John Lennon, no lejos queda la Plaza de la Revolución. Fácilmente se accede a los hoteles Habana Libre, Nacional, la heladería Coppelia, así como a centros nocturnos, cabaret, teatros, etc. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Opiniones de los usuarios:Franziska Steiger (Thursday, 19 February 2009)Rating:  I can highly recommend this Casa Particular de Aleida Ravelo located in Vedado on Calle 28 (entre 23 y 25). My original plan to spend just 1 or 2 weeks in Havana, was amended after a few days in the city due to the interesting city itself, the great people I met but also to my host Aleida and her family. Finally, I ended staying with them for 4 weeks and I enjoyed every day. Not only are the rooms very nice, clean and spacious. They rent two rooms, one with a twin and one with a double bed. Both also have, besides the standard furniture, a phone, a TV and a fridge. The later one even has a nice balcony facing Miramar. Both rooms share one bathroom with warm water. Aleida, with her friendly and caring personality, is an amazing host. She is really helpful and well connected when it comes to organizing activities in Havana as well as trips outside the city or getting tickets for cultural events. She will call the cab company and get you a great deal! Regarding the food, I can say that Cuba in general is not a place you come to for food. For me, a spoilt German girl living in Toronto, the food in most restaurants was mediocre. Especially, when your intention is to eat healthy or/and vegetarian/vegan, you will have to spend more time finding appropriate places than you might have to in other countries. All the more I enjoyed la camida in my Casa Particular. The breakfast consisting of buns, eggs, fruits, coffee and even a fruit smoothie is as great, delicious and filling as the dinner with potatoes, rice, vegetables, salad and meat. Due to Aleida?s cooking skills, I ate at home almost every night. Stay here and you will have a great time! Aleida can speak English a little bit and will be able to understand your emails in English. |
