Location advantages: It is located in the heart of the city. On one side is the city beach and on the other side is the gastronomic center of the city. It is thirty (30) kilometers from Cayo Santa María (Santa María Cay), and forty (40) minutes from its virgin islands.

Nearby tourist attractions: A group of northern cays with their virgin beaches. Fifty (50) kilometers from here the client will find the lakes of Mayagigua. In Caibarién City the tourist can visit El Museo del Azúcar (the Sugar Museum).
