It is an apartment with high and decorated ceiling, good ventilation and an excellent natural illumination. There are only three other apartments which are on different floors. The French style windows are painted in white and the walls are blue, this made a nice contrast.
Location advantages: It is easy to reach the most interesting places on foot or just taking a taxi. There is a market where you can get all kind of natural fruits and vegetables. The neighborhood allows you to enjoy a colonial atmosphere and its traditions.
Nearby touristic attractions: Enjoy the Cuban music at La Casa de la Música, get a cup of coffee at Ambos Mundos Hotel as Hemingway did in the past, have a walk on Louvre sidewalk where Inglaterra Hotel is, and drink a Daiquiri in Floridita bar- restaurant (The Cradle of Daiquiri).

Wertung: 
Yvonne is a wonderful and very friendly woman (her husband and son also!). During my trip in Cuba (may 2008) I stayed 3 times at Yvonne's casa. She also arranged most of the stays in the rest of the country, she has friends everywhere. And if these friends don't have a free room, they will have friends with a free room. The pinkroom was very nice, also the breakfast Yvonne was made!rnChao! rnHelena
