This section contains answers to frequently asked questions among reaching us, day after day, our contact address. Feel free to send any questions or suggestions about the services we provide. 1-What does or does not Cubaradiso do? Cubaradiso is not a travel agency, our goal is just to advertise the houses that rent rooms, and at the same time to bring information about the different provinces and their most important tourist attractions. We also give some important tips for tourists and the necessary cultural information to have a nice and interesting trip. 2-What are the general characteristics of the houses we advertise? Cubaradiso only advertise the houses that have official permission for renting rooms to foreigners. The majority of them have one or two rooms to rent, one or two adults and up to two children per room are accepted. The rental we advertise for each room is the same no matter the amount of persons to sleep there whenever they are within the limits we have already explained. 3-What services are included in the rental? Aside from the staying and the facilities included in the room (air conditioner, TV, and others), the room cleaning and the service of bedclothes changing are included in the rental. The payment for breakfast and meal service is not included. If you want to know more about that, please contact the landlord directly. 4-How to pay the rent? The landlords generally accept only cash and more specific Cuban Convertible Peso, (CUC). Read more... 5-Are Cuban guest allowed? The landlords generally accept Cuban guests in the house but they have to register as such. 6-Do you want to make tour along Cuba? Cubaradiso does not organize this kind of tours. You may use the information about the houses we advertise in the different provinces to organize your own trip. We are sure the landlords will offer information about the interesting places to visit in each and every province and they ill help you to move from one place to another. 7-How does Print List work? As soon as you select the place of your preference in section Find Lodging you will have a list of houses of that area, and every time you find a suitable house you can add it to the list jus pressing the icon of that function. When you finish the selection process you should click on the link Show list which allows you to organize your final selection. You only have to choose the kind of list you want to print, and we offer you some possibilities: general details, general details and picture and detailed information. Pressing the button PDF the process will end. We suggest you to use this auxiliary tool because in this way you will have different lodging possibilities in he places you are planning to visit. |
